In this project, the fit-up work was performed on a newly constructed building. The office facilities were customized to include areas such as the reception, offices, hoteling spaces, drawing room, meeting rooms, and service spaces. 

 

Antex Western served as the General Contractor and managed the following tasks: 

  • Flooring: Supplied and installed new LVT flooring. 

  • Walls & Ceilings: Supplied and installed new walls and ceilings to align with the office layout. 

  • Electrical: Installed new electrical systems. 

  • Mechanical: Installed new mechanical systems. 

  • Washrooms: Supplied and installed new plumbing systems and washroom fixtures. 

  • Painting: Applied paint finishes to walls and doors, including accent colors on selected walls. 

  • Millwork: Supplied and installed new kitchen millwork with a backsplash. 

  • Glass Partitions: Supplied and installed new glass partitions.
