Job Description: 

 

This location serves as the official venue for celebrating the Folklorama Chinese Pavilion. It also functions as the community's headquarters for gatherings and cultural and artistic events. Situated in the heart of China Town, the space is rich in culture, art, and significance for the community.

Antex Western served as the General Contractor for this renewal project, which included the following components: 

• Flooring: Demolition, supply, and installation of ceramic tile, LVT, and VCT. 

• Walls & Ceilings: Demolition, supply, and installation of new walls and ceilings to accommodate the new office layout. 

• Electrical: Demolition, supply, and installation of upgraded electrical systems. 

• Mechanical: Demolition, supply, and installation of updated mechanical systems. 

• Washrooms: Demolition, supply, and installation of new plumbing systems, washroom fixtures, vanities, mirrors, and wall partitions, along with the adaptation of the UTR to meet current regulations. 

• Painting: Application of new finishes on walls and doors, including accent colors on select walls. 

• Sculptures: Relocation of existing sculptures. 

• Glass Partitions: Supply and installation of new glass partitions with a custom decorative film. 

• Security System: Coordination of the supply and installation of new security systems.
