We consider health and safety to be one of our most important responsibilities as part of everyday business activities. Antex Western Ltd is committed to conduct all of our business activites in compliance with applicable Safety and Health Regulations and Codes of Practice and strive to eliminate or control any forseeable hazards, which may result in personal injury, occupational illness or property damage. We recognize that the responsibilites for safety and health are shared thus we encourage and expect complete, proactive participation by everyone employed by Antex Western Ltd. We will develop, implement and maintain an up to date safety and health program consistent with what we believe to be the best established management practices in a sincere effort to prevent the pain, suffering and economic losses attributable to accidents. This program will not take precedence over the current Act or any regulations under this Act. An injury and accident free workplace is our goal. Through continuous safety and loss control efforts we can accomplish this.
