All of our technical and administrative staff are given every opportunity to develop skills and acquire knowledge in their chosen areas. Direct Deposit - both Salaried and Hourly employees enjoy the benefit of direct deposit. This ensures that your money is deposited to your elected bank account on time, so you avoid wasting your time in Bank line ups. A confirmation of the deposit is provided by your supervisor on every payday. Safety Policy - Good people are hard to find, so when we find them it is of primary importance to keep them safe. Antex Western has been the pioneer in the Manitoba Construction Safety COR program for our Trades. Completing certification in Dec 2005, we maintain and continually develop our saftey policy by updating safe work procedures through suggestions from the employees.
